What is the question you are asking? Is the gas mileage you are getting to low? Is the oil use to high?
It is amazingly simple to increase the gas mileage - slow down.
Running at 130 kmph means that you were close to maximum rpm and working the engine HARD. That demands lots of gas and the mileage drops like a stone as you have discovered.
After sitting for two years there are about a milion reasons you might see the oil consumption that high - my best guess might be stuck piston rings. - Ride the bike for two or three tanks and then evaluate the oil use situation - any comment after a prolonged storage is premature
There are lots of posts here about oil - read them - quite a number of Savage riders prefer to run an oil designed for motorcycles rather than Synth.
